Early Years Fitness Preps Never Seemed More Essential

Being fit and healthy is far more important in mid to later life than one ever imagines when in our  youth.  The need to be able to walk steadily without wheezing on each breath and without agonising arthritis or other disabling condition can be sought throughout life but it is only when we lose our ability to do every day movements that it hits home, how fragile we are and just how uch protection we need to give ourselves.    for one thing, I would most certainly have kept paying out for private medical insurance so I could get treatment whenever I needed it.  The lottery system with our national health system is bewildering much of the time.    So instead of waiting for nearly six months for pain killing injections, one is gently persyaded that the private route is going to be so much quicker and the pain will diminish.  Whether the pain of paying vast sums out is also diminished as effectively, one won’t know!

If we could start all over again from childhood, I would most definitely have take more interest in PE at school and use the gym equipment in the after school sessions that our poor brow beaten PE staff urged us to do.  I would also have put myself forward for the netball and hockey on offer.  Being very tall for my age, I was selected frequently but didn’t always take up these great chances.  Wooh, how daft!  To go down the gym and take part in exercise circuits is a very good way to help address this fitness situation in later life.  Joining balance and mobility exercise classes geared specifically for the oklder aged group is also recommended.
